to the Outer Richmond District, the Lincoln Park Neighborhood Association
(LPNA) signed a second agreement last month that clears the way for

Kenneth Lew and his wife Monique own a 900-square-foot, two-story home
at 1725 Lake St., between 18th and 19th avenues. They want to add two
