        CVS Pharmacy Revises Plan for 19th Avenue Location
        Plans for the proposed CVS pharmacy at 19th Avenue and Ortega Street have once again been submitted to the SF Planning Department, after the initial proposal lacked support for approval and was  withdrawn.
        Congestion,  Parking, Safety Top Concerns  for Planned N-Judah Changes 
          A San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority (SFMTA) proposal to rearrange N-Judah transit stops and make other changes along the Irving Street commercial corridor in the Inner Sunset has some local residents and merchants concerned with congestion, parking and public safety. 
        Transit plans Re-engineered for L-Taraval Route
        Route changes totaling between $15 million to $20 million are in the future for the Muni light rail route that runs along the Taraval corridor. Proposals for the route were revealed to the public on March 4 by the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority (SFMTA) as part of its Transit Effectiveness Project (TEP).

        Just 19 days removed from the 2014 Oscars, the Sunset Neighborhood Beacon Center (SNBC) announced the winners for its own film award ceremony, the SNBC's annual Community Film Festival.        
        Bus Routes Adjusted after Feedback
  The SF Municipal Transportation Agency (Muni) recently conducted neighborhood meetings to get feedback on its Transit Effectiveness Project (TEP), which aims to improve the streetscape environment to accommodate increased numbers of pedestrians and bicycle riders.
