School Board Votes to Rebuild Parkside School
Five years after making a commitment to rebuild the Parkside Elementary School, the San Francisco Board of Education gave the Sunset community an early Christmas present when it agreed to start construction on the school by the fall of 2003.

The Golden Gate Park Concourse Authority approved final design plans Dec. 6 for an underground garage in the Music and Museum concourses in Golden Gate Park.
San Francisco voters approved the garage when they passed Proposition J in 1998.
