DEADLINE: The deadline for advertising
is the 20th of the month and the newspaper is published about
the first of the month.
INSERTS: Preprinted inserts cost $55 per
1,000 insertions (5,000 minimum).
PAYMENT: Payment is due with initial advertising
insertion; monthly billing thereafter.

Heights and Sea Cliff, by delivering 25,000 copies of the
paper monthly to neighborhood homes, businesses and newsracks.
